Regional simulator

Seven, because a regional is seven. The entry list is capped the way the race is. The Festival simulator let you switch on a dozen and quietly scored the first seven, which answers a question no coach can act on.

Every runner here is a projection, including the opposition. Nothing about Saturday has happened. That is the difference from the Festival simulator, which had a real field in it.

Ways to win holds everything else still. For each team ahead of you it asks what ONE of your runners finding fifteen seconds would do. Fifteen is deliberately modest — well inside an ordinary runner's own week-to-week scatter. A tool that shows what happens when everyone runs their best day tells you nothing you were not already hoping for.

The method was graded before it shipped. Run against the 2025 Southern regionals, which it had never seen: 91.0% of runner pairs called in the right order, teams placed within 0.61 of a finishing position.

It does not know your roster. Anyone rated at your school is offered, including runners who stopped racing in September. You know which seven are real.
